Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces and set forms for concrete placement.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and power equipment.
- Smooth, level, and finish concrete surfaces to specified textures.
- Apply curing compounds and sealants to protect finished surfaces.
- Repair and patch existing concrete structures when needed.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
- Follow safety protocols and site procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in masonry or concrete finishing.
- At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate with NC II certification.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments.
- Can work independently or as part of a team.
