About the Role
PT Duta Abadi Primantara is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales E-Commerce Staff to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, executing promotional campaigns, and driving online sales growth across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Work Location: Setiabudi, South Jakarta, Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations on marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, and sales performance.
Analyze sales data, customer trends, and campaign performance to improve business results.
Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare regular sales and marketplace performance reports.
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any major.
Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace, or Digital Sales.
Hands-on experience managing marketplace campaigns and advertising tools.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with marketplace seller centers.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
