Job Description
·Managed end-to-end customer service operations, including order administration, shipment monitoring, and customer inquiry management, to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
·Collaborated closely with Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support efficient service delivery and meet customer requirements.
·Coordinated the resolution of customer complaints and claims by liaising with relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
·Prepared, verified, and managed supporting documentation for invoicing processes, while facilitating billing and payment activities in accordance with contractual terms and company policies.
·Prepared periodic customer service performance reports and monitored operational processes to ensure compliance with established procedures and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Qualification
•Minimum Diploma (D3) to all majors preferably Industrial Engineering, Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or Port Management (GPA minimum 2.75)
•Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome)
•Proficient in English, both verbal and written
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
