Educational & Experience Criteria:
Degree: Bachelor's in Biology or Public Health (Kesehatan Masyarakat).
Experience: Minimum 3 years as QC Pest Control.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Pest Management: Strong understanding of pest identification and control methods.
Technical: Ability to conduct pest audits, provide technical advice, and implement solutions.
Communication: Excellent skills for client interaction, presentations, and teamwork.
Problem-Solving: Creative and innovative approach to addressing pest issues.
Customer Service: Service-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
Personal Attributes & Other Requirements:
Work Ethic: Responsible, honest, hardworking, and able to work independently or in a team.
Driving: Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
Language: Able to speak and write in english.
Role Focus:
Monitoring service quality and evaluate pest control treatment.
Supporting sales with technical expertise.
Training service teams and customers.
Handling customer complaints with technical guidance.
Coordinate schedule & logistic of pest control treatment team.
Presenting, communicate, and explaining to costumer in english
