HR MANAGER

Human Resource Manager responsible for leading Organization Development, People Development, Talent Management, and Company Culture initiatives by developing strategic HR programs aligned with business goals, supporting employee growth and engagement, overseeing performance management and training development, driving positive workplace culture, identifying and developing employee potential, consulting with leadership on organizational transformation, and ensuring overall HR KPI achievement.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as HR Manager for 3 years or as HR Supervisor at least 5 years.

• People oriented and process driven.

• Demonstrable experience with Talent Management, Performance Management, Organization Development, and People Development.

• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Willing to be located in Bandung.

LEGAL MANAGER

Responsible for managing litigation and dispute matters, leading contract negotiations and strategic business initiatives, overseeing corporate policies and governance practices, maintaining regulatory relationships and compliance, and managing key external stakeholders including legal counsel, regulators, law enforcement agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or Master degree from Law.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience as Legal Manager in FMCG or retail industry.

• Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and completing legal documents both in English and Indonesian.

• Strong legal knowledge for Retail Industry and/ or associated legislation, regulations and guidelines, corporate law and analytical skills (both technical and operational aspects), handling commercial contracts, intellectual property and competition law, dispute resolution, licenses and permits (building, production, distribution, etc).

• Demonstrated success in developing, implementing, and enforcing internal controls. Passion for process improvement and streamlining.

IT OPERATION & INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

Responsible for managing daily IT operations, ensuring user satisfaction and SLA compliance, analyzing user and infrastructure needs to drive process improvements, overseeing the timely delivery of IT projects, managing the annual IT budget effectively, and ensuring efficient IT Help Desk operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Assistant Manager.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT industry or IT consulting.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, web and mobile application development, and IT infrastructure, including data centers, servers, routers, switches, access points, firewalls, virtualization, and related technologies.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Willing to be located in Bandung.

INTERNAL AUDIT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Lead and oversee internal audit activities across all subsidiary companies, including audit planning, operational and financial audits, investigative audits, and audit reporting. Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, provide recommendations for process improvements, monitor corrective actions, and lead the Internal Audit team to ensure effective governance and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of Internal Audit experience, preferably in the retail industry.

• Proven experience leading an Internal Audit team.

• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and audit methodologies.

• Proficient in audit technologies and data analysis tools.

• Strong analytical, investigative, communication, and leadership skills.

• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
