FINANCE & ACCOUNTING GENERAL MANAGER

Plan, supervise, and ensure the effective implementation of Finance & Accounting processes, while recommending improvements and developments to maintain and continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of Finance & Accounting operations.

• Supervise and monitor Finance & Accounting operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and achievement of targets agreed upon with management.

• Plan and develop work processes within the Finance & Accounting function in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure that all Finance & Accounting processes and administrative activities are carried out in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure the accuracy of the company’s financial statements and ensure they are prepared and issued accurately and on time in accordance with company requirements.

• Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timely submission of the company’s financial reporting data to the Financial Services Authority, ensuring compliance and preventing potential operational issues related to financial reporting.

• Manage tax payment and reporting processes in accordance with applicable procedures and ensure all tax obligations are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.

• Other educational backgrounds may be considered if supported by relevant work experience.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position within a relevant field especially from Financial Industry

• Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.

• Proficiency in Budgeting and Cost Control.

• Knowledge of Taxation and Tax Compliance.

Certification

• Accounting-related certification or professional training is preferred.
