Roles & Responsibilities
* Drive merchant self-service adoption by educating and directing merchants to appropriate Help Centre resources whenever applicable.
* Manage and coordinate operational merchant requests, including onboarding, promotions, menu updates, store changes, and data-related inquiries.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve merchant issues while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
* Support day-to-day account operations and perform ad hoc administrative and customer support responsibilities as needed.
Qualification
- Diploma 3 (D3) with 2–3 years of related experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Account Management.
- Professional English proficiency is mandatory
- Problem solver, proactive, and able to work independently
- Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel Proficiency (e.g., vlookup, pivot tables)
- Account Management Experience, F&B Industry Exposure, SQL Querying and Mandarin proficiency is a plus
