What you'll be doing
• Lead the team to do formula development for color and functional masterbatch

• Cost reduction (raw material substitution, process efficiency)

• Manage and plan Matching Request from Customer

• Deep Learning for Material’s documents (COA, TSD, MSDS, SDS, ect)

What we're looking for
•Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2 years experience in masterbatch, polymer compounding, plastics or chemical manufacturing.

•Strong knowledge of pigments (organic/inorganic), dispersants, and additives (UV stabilizers, antioxidants, flame retardants, antistatic agents, etc.)

• Experience operating laboratory equipment including spectrophotometer, moisture meter, laboratory extruder, mixer and oven.

• Experience in formulation development and product innovation.

• Familiar with customer color matching process.

• Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Creative and innovative mindset.

• Good leadership and teamwork abilities.

• Not color blind.

• Fluent in English.
