Specialist QC Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Civil & Piping Plumbing

Working Location: Site Based - West Sumbawa

Working Schedule: Regular working days 5:2 (Monday-Friday)

Some of your duties will include:

• Serve as the primary expert on preventive maintenance for civil, painting, piping, and plumbing systems within the facility.

• Design and implement advanced preventive maintenance strategies and schedules tailored to the specific needs of the facility.

• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams on complex issues related to civil structures, painting, piping, and plumbing.

• Lead detailed inspections and audits of maintenance activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.

• Develop and refine quality control processes, ensuring continuous improvement in maintenance practices.

• Address complex non-conformance issues, working closely with maintenance teams to implement corrective actions.

• Ensure that all maintenance work complies with local and international building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

• Develop and deliver training programs for maintenance staff, focusing on quality control, preventive maintenance, and compliance with standards.

• Prepare comprehensive reports on the condition of facility systems, including recommendations for preventive measures and repairs.

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.
  

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in in civil engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control or maintenance, with a focus on civil, painting, piping, and plumbing within facilities maintenance in the Operations Facilities Maintenance/ Project Development and EPC/ Construction Industry;

• Relevant technical certification or associate's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field;

• Able to develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies for civil, painting, piping, and plumbing systems; analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions; conduct comprehensive inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards; and drive continuous improvement of quality control processes to enhance maintenance effectiveness and reliability;

• Able to manage and resolve non-conformance issues through structured corrective and preventive action plans; ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and maintenance standards; deliver technical training to enhance team capabilities in preventive maintenance and quality control; prepare condition assessment and recommendation reports to support data-driven maintenance planning; and maintain comprehensive maintenance and inspection records to ensure traceability and compliance documentation.
