Role Purpose
To conduct regular transaction data analysis, portfolio monitoring, and financial risk evaluations to support management decision-making. This role ensures smooth project execution through dedicated coordination, documentation, testing, and system implementation while continually identifying opportunities for process automation and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports.
Track and monitor client/partner performance, portfolio metrics, credit ceiling utilization, overdue (OD) accounts, and overall profitability data.
Assist in key project management activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation preparation, cross-functional coordination, and system implementation.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement, workflow optimization, and process automation across business operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree (S1) in any major with strong analytical capability; preferred majors include Accounting or Data Analytics/Data Analyst.
Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in the Automotive (Used Car) industry or other relevant sectors are also eligible.
Willing to be assigned in Head Office, Senayan, Central Jakarta
