Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated QC/QMS Executive to ensure stable on-site quality inspection and measurement operations. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting supplier quality resolutions and driving Quality Management System (QMS) activities to maintain high manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and outgoing quality inspections and handle nonconforming products.
Conduct daily checks and manage measuring instruments to ensure compliance with standards.
Support root cause analysis, investigations, and corrective actions for quality issues.
Manage supplier quality issues, prepare improvement requests, and track progress.
Support QMS document control, audit preparation, and compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.
Compile, analyze, and report quality data including defect rates and inspection results.
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent practical experience in shop-floor quality control.
Experience in QC, process inspection, or QA (automotive manufacturing preferred).
Ability to perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections.
Basic understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and core QMS principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and professional report preparation.
Clear communication skills in both English and Indonesian to coordinate with suppliers and management.
