Export Staff (Bonded Zone)

Since our customers have been expanding their material procurement to the world scale to seek the best choice, we are also urged to develop our business in order to offer suitable service to customers on a global level, without any boundaries.

Then from that, we are looking for the best people to fill the new role as Export Staff (Bonded Zone).

General Responsibilities:

• Arrange vessel bookings for export shipments.

• Prepare export declarations, customs documents, and shipping documentation in accordance with Bonded Zone regulations.

• Finalise Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin (COO), and other export documents.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth export operations.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Bonded Zone requirements, and company procedures.

• Monitor export schedules and maintain accurate shipment and documentation records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in export operations, preferably in a Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) manufacturing company (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply)..

• Good knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and Bonded Zone regulations.

• Familiar with customs systems and export documentation processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi.
