Packaging Reliever Team

Job Description :

1. Ensuring the machines of BOTTLING Line always ready to be operated and ensure that commissioned operator always run its duty according to SOP (Standard of Operating Procedures).

2. Preparing and taking requirement of all packaging material needed for the operational each day, and to return (administration), which rest of to warehouse (emblaze).

3. Reporting the operational result of each equipment, and closed monitoring of each downtime coming from the equipment handled by the operator the incumbent lead.

4. taking over the filler operator responsibility during lunch time.

5. Monitoring and guarantying creation of condition of harmonious activity environment, cleanness, hygienic and natty.

6. Monitoring condition of machines and giving effort to the operators for having synchronization of the line speed.

7. Coordinating the operator in doing repair and maintenance and also in doing major breakdown.

8. Adheres to all safety policies, to wear PPE as the requirement, procedures, regulations and methods in the workplace at all times and exercises care in performing work in order to avoid accidents.

9. Know and understand all of applicable SHE regulation related with his/her area and activities and follow all of instruction/procedure to ensure the compliance to the regulation

10. Know and understand the SHE standard referring to ISO/OHSAS requirement and to ensure that any spillages, waste product, are properly disposed of following safety and environment instruction/procedure to ensure the compliance to the standard.

11. Give report to respective supervisor and suggestion to ensure the working places in safe, healthy condition and any deficiencies which might lead to non-conformance to the environment and safety polices of the company.

12. Actively participate in water saving program, energy saving, waste minimization and other cleaner production program

13. To manage and monitoring housekeeping in their each area periodically.

14. To wear the required PPE at all times in working area.

15. To follow the prescribed safety procedures when doing maintenance activities.

16. Ensure that any spillages and waste products are properly disposed of following safety and environmental procedures.

17. To report to respective supervisors any deficiencies which might lead to non-conformances to the environmental and safety policies of the company.

Job Requirement :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree From Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)

2. Have experience in handling process engineering & packaging product at least 1 Year

3. Must be able to operate welding machine (minimum basic)

4. Understand mech engineering, drawing AutoCAD or solid work program and has knowledge at electrical

5. Good communication, able to work in team & want to learn attitude
