PT Agung Podomoro Land, Tbk, is looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join our team and be part of a prestigious lifestyle mall development in Central Park Borneo, Balikpapan as Electrical Engineering Supervisor
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance engineering (mall, hotel, or high-rise preferred)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems (MV/LV, panel, genset, UPS, lighting, and distribution)
Experienced in troubleshooting, preventive & corrective building maintenance
Good understanding of building systems integration
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Willing to be placed in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan
Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth and reliable electrical operations within the building
Plan and supervise preventive & corrective maintenance activities
Monitor maintenance execution in line with budget, timeline, and company standards
Handle and resolve electrical technical issues effectively
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
Control and optimize engineering budget for cost efficiency
Lead, supervise, and mentor the team to improve performance, productivity, and teamwork
