PT Woodara Projects Supplier is a furniture procurement and interior coordination company operating across Bali and Jepara, serving clients in the hospitality and property sectors. We build direct relationships with selected factories to deliver quality products at competitive prices for our clients.

About This Role

Woodara is building an independent, strategic procurement function — not just purchase order processing, but a system for market research, factory partnership development, and end-to-end understanding of client needs. This role will operate at peer level with the team handling the client/developer side, with a primary focus on the supply side (factory & materials).

Key Responsibilities

• Research and map out potential factories for partnership with Woodara, including assessment of production capacity, quality, and reliability.

• Research raw material market prices and compare them against factory selling prices, to ensure Woodara secures fair and competitive pricing.

• Develop and negotiate partnerships with new factories, including drafting and discussing partnership terms together with the internal legal team.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing factory partners.

• Study market demand trends from the client side (developer/hospitality) and translate them into relevant sourcing strategy.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with relevant teams to ensure procurement strategy aligns with project and client needs.

• Prepare and maintain vendor documentation (factory profiles, pricing history, performance evaluations).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor development — experience in the furniture, construction, or manufacturing industry is a strong plus.

• Experienced in conducting independent market price research and supplier analysis, not just executing routine purchasing processes.

• Experience or capability in negotiating vendor contracts/partnerships.

• Familiarity with furniture production processes (wood, rattan, or similar categories) is a plus.

• Active English communication skills (verbal & written) — for communicating with factories and documenting partnerships.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for price analysis and comparison.

• Experience working across locations (Bali and/or Central Java/Jepara) is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working within a structure that is still being developed.

Bali (with occasional business travel to Jepara/Central Java for factory visits).
