Responsibilities
- Review and verify high-volume mortgage loan documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and full compliance with credit/collateral standards.
- Perform end-to-end validation of supporting documents and credit agreement binding, maintaining a high-accuracy standard
- Optimize daily workflow processes to eliminate backlogs and streamline document review times while maintaining strict quality control.
- Facilitate mortgage and insurance operations covering collateral binding, fire insurance, MOU arrangements, invoicing, and document archiving.
- Securely and track original documents (credit agreements, collateral certificates, etc.) for record management and audit readiness.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage operations, loan administration, collateral binding, or credit legal review in a bank, fintech, or financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian mortgage regulations, land agency (BPN) procedures, and legal document binding (Hak Tanggung, Roya, Cessie, title transfers, IMB/PBG).
- Proven track record in managing high-volume data verification and maintaining high operational efficiency (zero backlog).
- ?Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical skills to identify document discrepancies or missing legal requirements quickly.?
- Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication skills to liaise effectively between borrowers, internal departments, and external parties (Notaries, partner banks, government bodies).
- Time Management & Organization: Strong capacity to track pending documents (TBO), prioritize urgent filings, and meet strict regulatory deadlines.
