Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Affiliate & KOL Specialist to grow our affiliate network and creator partnerships. You will be responsible for recruiting new affiliates, managing creator relationships, executing KOL collaborations, and driving sales performance through affiliate marketing initiatives across e-commerce and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates and content creators.
Identify potential KOLs, affiliates, and creators that align with the brand and campaign objectives.
Conduct daily outreach via social media, messaging apps, email, or other channels to acquire new affiliates.
Build long-term partnerships and encourage affiliates to actively promote company products.
Coordinate product seeding, campaign execution, and collaboration timelines with KOLs and affiliates.
Monitor affiliate and KOL performance, analyze campaign results, and prepare regular reports.
Track sales performance and optimize affiliate recruitment strategies to maximize conversions.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Live Streaming, and Content teams to develop promotional campaigns.
Stay updated on social media trends, creator marketing, and affiliate marketing best practices.
Maintain an organized database of affiliates, KOLs, and collaboration records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL/Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or related roles.
Familiar with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, or other affiliate marketing platforms.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident approaching creators and building professional relationships.
Target-oriented and comfortable working with outreach and recruitment KPIs.
Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor campaign and sales performance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
Passionate about social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing trends.
English communication skills are an advantage.
