Personal Health Advisor (PHA) Bali, Indonesia | Full-time | On-site
About Padma Care
Padma Care is a premium healthcare concierge serving WNA, KITAS holders, and international clients across Bali. We provide end-to-end medical support — from day-to-day health coordination to complex hospitalization and evacuation cases — Padma Care exists so our members never have to navigate the Indonesian healthcare system alone.
The Role
You are the face of Padma Care. When something goes wrong you reassure our members that we have their backs. That we and you can expertly navigate the system to help them achieve the best outcome whether that be full recovery from surgery or peace of mind after a bout with Bali Belly. As a Personal Health Advisor, you manage healthcare requests from first contact through resolution — coordinating with our clinical team, partner hospitals, and external providers to deliver seamless, high-trust support.
This is not a clinical role, though medical experience at some level is a requirement. It is a high-accountability service role that sits at the intersection of healthcare, hospitality, medical coordination and communication. We like to think we give our PHA’s super powers – backed by a team of talented doctors (from whom you can enlist support any time) and technical tools like ai and internal playbooks to pull insight and recommendations from.
What You'll Do
Receive and triage member requests via WhatsApp and other channels
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and medical logistics
Relay clinical information accurately between members and the medical team
Document all interactions in our case management system
Set clear expectations with members on timelines and outcomes
Escalate urgent or clinical matters to the physician immediately
Follow up proactively — no dropped threads, no dead air
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
Fluent in conversational English (spoken and written)
Experience coordinating between functions in a medical context (broadly)
Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills
Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
High accountability — you own your cases end-to-end
Clear judgment on when to escalate vs. when to act
Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or client-facing service roles
Nice to have:
Diploma or degree in a health-related field preferred, but not required
Familiarity with WNA culture and expectations
Basic medical vocabulary
Experience with CRM or case management tools
