About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Social Media In-Charge to build and manage our social media promotion network across Indonesia.
In this role, you will recruit, train, coordinate, and monitor local social media promoters, influencers, and brand ambassadors to drive awareness and engagement for our key projects: TaskMine, StakeOrbit Network, and Memon Network.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Outreach: Identify and recruit social media promoters, influencers, and brand ambassadors in Indonesia across Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Community Engagement: Connect with local groups, creator communities, and focus on building collaborations with quality influencers (including women creators for targeted campaigns).
Onboarding & Training: Onboard promoters and provide thorough training on project features, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines for TaskMine, StakeOrbit, and Memon Network.
Task Management: Assign daily and weekly promotional tasks, track completion, and evaluate performance consistently.
Reporting & Alignment: Maintain daily communication with cross-border teams, prepare simple progress reports, and submit performance updates to management.
Brand Integrity: Ensure consistent brand messaging and foster long-term relationships with regional content creators.
Requirements
Language: Fluent/Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) are REQUIRED, as you will communicate daily with international teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Experience in influencer marketing, community management, or social media recruitment is preferred.
Platforms: Strong familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills with an ability to manage multicultural creator networks.
Crypto Knowledge: Basic knowledge or understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain projects is an advantage (not mandatory).
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, highly disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Working Conditions
Schedule: 8hours( fleksibel) per day, 6 days per week.
Location: 100% Remote / Work From Home.
Salary & Compensation
4,000.000/month
Performance Evaluation Indicators
Candidates will be evaluated on:
Number and quality of active influencers/promoters recruited.
Execution rate of daily and weekly campaigns.
Regional team engagement and community growth.
Clarity and effectiveness of onboarding/training sessions.
