Job Description :
1. Offering and Introduce products to clients
2. Proactively studying merchants' business models, goals, and challenges to provide relevant solutions
3. Analyzing merchants' product usage to offer relevant additional features (upsells) or other products (cross-sells)
4. Managing contract renewal processes and renegotiating commercial terms (such as pricing or service fees) to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
5. Ensuring completeness and updating of merchant legal documents in accordance with Know Your Business (KYB) policies.
6. Ensuring merchants understand and comply with regulations from Bank Indonesia(BI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and other relevant institutions
Job Qualification :
1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or Communication (Open to all majors)
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in a related industry such as IT, Fintech, Finance, or FMCG)
3. Strong communication skills
4. Strong negotiation skills
5. Able to build effective and positive relationships with clients
