Key responsibilities :
Shadowing and assisting senior operations managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of warehouse and distribution activities
Supporting the daily management of inventory control, stock rotation, and warehouse organisation across all operational areas
Participating in the implementation and monitoring of safety standards, compliance procedures, and operational best practices
Assisting in the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, processing, and shipping of goods
Supporting the training and supervision of warehouse and distribution staff, and contributing to the development of standard operating procedures
Collecting and analysing operational data to identify areas for improvement and reporting findings to management
Contributing to process improvement initiatives and participating in continuous improvement projects across warehouse operations
Supporting the management of relationships with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Assisting with special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by operations management
What we're looking for :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels
Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to learning and development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
Willingness to work in a dynamic warehouse environment and adaptability to shift requirements
Physical capability to perform warehouse tasks, including standing for extended periods and occasional lifting
Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages are advantageous
Previous internship or practical experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations is preferred but not essential
A strong commitment to safety and compliance within operational environments
