Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree any field (min GPA 3.00);
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Marketing/Trade Operation wManager in a coal mining company, and minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or trade operations within a coal mining company with a target scale of 5–10 million MT above of coal production per year.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the coal mining industry and the market, shipping, trade and traffic operations.
- Good communication skills in English, able to work under high pressure, and capable of working independently.
Job Desk :
- Support the Manager/Head of Department in reviewing sales contracts and related documentation prior to sales execution.
- Assist in evaluating logistics performance and identifying opportunities to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Prepare and manage shipment scheduling including monitoring, reporting, and ensuring timely and smooth delivery.
- Oversee shipping operations including coal delivery, trade and traffic coordination.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments on delivery planning, process and coal quality tracking.
- Prepare and deliver reports related to sales, shipping, shipping and operational performance.
- Possess advanced reporting skills and presentation, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
