Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating fleet vehicle data and documentation
Monitor the operational status of electric motorcycles and report any issues
Support vehicle inspection, maintenance scheduling, and repair tracking
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding fleet operations
Prepare daily and weekly fleet performance reports using spreadsheets
Ensure fleet records are accurate, complete, and up to date
Support other administrative tasks related to fleet management
Qualifications
Final-year student or fresh graduate from Engineering, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related majors
Interested in electric vehicles (EV) or motorcycle operations
Good understanding of electric motorcycles (motor listrik) is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, lookup formulas, pivot tables are a plus)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage data accurately
Good communication skills and willing to work both in the office and in the field when needed
Able to join the internship as soon as possible
