Role Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Director and play a key role in accelerating business growth and positioning Lumiship as the preferred logistics solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development and revenue growth
Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales team through clear objectives, accountability, and continuous performance improvement.
Manage and grow key accounts.
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing and service contracts.
Coordinate with Operations and Overseas Agents to ensure service excellence.
Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience leading high-performing sales team within the international freight forwarding, shipping line, airline cargo or logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Rail Freight, Customs Brokerage and logistics operations.
Strong network in the shipping, logistics and related industries.
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree.
Willing and able to travel for business as required.
