We're Hiring – Senior Legal

Join our team and play a key role in supporting our business operations through legal expertise and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

• Provide legal advice and identify potential legal risks.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Handle corporate legal matters, licenses, and permits.

• Support land acquisition, property transactions, and legal due diligence.

• Coordinate with notaries, government institutions, and external legal counsel.

• Assist in legal disputes and regulatory matters.

• Develop and improve legal policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Legal or related field.

• Experience in the property, real estate, construction, or corporate industry is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Indonesian regulations.

• Experienced in contract drafting, legal documentation, and legal compliance.

• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Willing to be based in Bali and relocate if currently residing outside Bali.

• Willing to travel and visit company sites across Indonesia when required.

• Available to join as soon as possible is a plus.
