Qualifications
1. Minimum Senior High School (SMA), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a International Sales Admin, International Marketing Admin, or in a similar position.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Mandatory).
4. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage (Mandatory).
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and possesses strong administrative capabilities.
7. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Capable of managing data and preparing reports.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team.
2. Follow up on customer administrative requirements and coordinate with related departments.
3. Maintain and organize company documents and records in a structured manner.
4. Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional programs.
