Functional Consultant (ERP Implementation) - PT. Techno One Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.

• Conduct business process analysis, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis to identify business needs and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.

• Participate in end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-implementation support.

• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules based on business requirements and best practices.

• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Prepare functional design documents, business process documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.

• Develop and execute test scenarios, support system integration testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Provide end-user training and support change management initiatives to ensure successful system adoption.

• Troubleshoot functional issues, provide recommendations, and support users during and after system go-live.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization to enhance business efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.

• Experience in ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and support.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, CRM, or related modules) is highly preferred.

• Experience with other ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Infor, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Human Resources.

• Proven experience in business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and documentation preparation.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a project team.

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications will be considered an advantage.

• Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
