HR Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Supervisor to lead the company's human resources operations and recruitment activities. This role will take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, onboarding, employee administration, and general HR matters. The HR Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the company attracts the right talent, maintains effective HR processes, and fosters a professional and positive working environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying manpower needs and developing job postings to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
- Take full ownership of hiring activities and ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels and candidate pipelines to support the company's hiring needs.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on qualifications, skills, experience, and overall suitability for the role.
- Coordinate the hiring process and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies to attract qualified and suitable talent.
Onboarding & Employee Experience:
- Lead and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Ensure new employees receive the necessary information, documentation, training, and resources to understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor the onboarding experience and identify opportunities to improve employee integration and engagement.
- Ensure new employees understand company policies, procedures, culture, and expectations.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, contracts, payroll coordination, and other HR-related administration.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and company regulations are properly implemented and communicated to employees.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding general HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records and documentation.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, HR policies, and employment-related matters.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, disciplinary matters, and other workplace issues professionally and appropriately.
- Monitor employee engagement, workplace dynamics, and overall employee satisfaction.
- Support management in maintaining a positive, professional, and productive working environment.
HR Policy & Process Improvement:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures based on the company's operational needs.
- Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure HR practices are applied consistently across the organization.
- Prepare HR reports and provide relevant updates and insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in human resources, recruitment, or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and general HR practices.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a big plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR Supervisor, HR Generalist, or similar supervisory role.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Experience in a fast-paced or growing company environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian employment regulations and HR practices.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of HR operations.
