Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions across different business functions within the expected timeline..

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment consultation.

• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels.

• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably handling specialized positions and multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in the education industry is an advantage.

• Highly resilient, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
