Qualifications and Requirements
Prior experience managing booking on OTA platforms (Airbnb and/or Booking.com preferred)
Experience with channel management systems (Smily / BookingSync) is considered an advantage
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously
Basic to intermediate proficiency in written English
Ability to follow established workflows, timelines, and quality control standards
Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Concierge teams
Monitor booking issues and follow up until they are resolved
Keep internal tracking records updated and organized
Manage reservations across all booking channels, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, our website, and direct bookings.
