We're Hiring: IT Business Analyst

PT Cepat Sehat Indonesia is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our growing team.

Job Description

• Handle user requests by gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed business and user requirements.

• Translate business requirements into system and functional specifications, and coordinate with programmers/developers to ensure proper implementation.

• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), UAT plans, scenarios, and test cases, as well as assist users throughout the UAT, training, and deployment preparation processes.

• Identify and analyze application/system issues and evaluate existing processes to provide appropriate recommendations for improvement.

• Provide troubleshooting and production support, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

• Ensure proper system implementation and operational readiness by providing training, guidelines, and support to end users.

• Collaborate closely with business users, developers, QA, project managers, and relevant stakeholders.

• Utilize AI-powered tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, research, data analysis, process mapping, test case creation, and overall productivity enhancement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, BRD, FSD, UAT, Agile/Scrum methodologies, as well as business and system analysis.

• Knowledge or hands-on experience with PHP, Java, SQL Server, Business Intelligence (BI), and VAS/Telecommunications systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into appropriate technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or other AI tools to support daily work.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, systems, and digital tools.

• Experience in the IT, digital business, or telecommunications/VAS industry is a plus.
