As our school community continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join the SBR family.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to teach Junior and Senior High School students.
The successful candidate will be passionate about education and able to create an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing English lessons while developing students’ communication skills, creativity, critical thinking, and cultural awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for Secondary School students.
Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.
Encourage students to develop confidence and enthusiasm in using English.
Collaborate with teachers and academic leaders to support high-quality teaching and learning.
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student progress and wellbeing.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
Requirements
Native English speakers are welcome to apply
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, or a related field.
TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification is required.
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or bilingual school.
Experience with IB or Cambridge programmes is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Creative, energetic, adaptable, and committed to student success.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Google Classroom.
Willing to be based in Bogor, Indonesia.
