Sales Assistant Manager

Sumitomo Forestry is a diversified Japanese company that focuses in timber, building materials and residential real estate development. We are searching for Candidate to assist our business. Currently PT Sumitomo Forestry Indonesia is expanding its business to Property Industry and establishing new subsidiaries.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sales Strategy, Coordination with Joint Venture Partner

• Collaborating with other teams (marketing, legal, finance, technical, etc) to align sales strategies with business objectives.

• Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• After analyzation, make reports and arrange with other teams including JV companies for the improvement

• Establishing and developing sales strategies to achieve business plan targets (visitors, booking, PPJB, handover, AJB, etc).

• Collaborate with JV companies to manage and lead sales teams to maximize performance and productivity.

• Collaborate JV companies and evaluate Sales team for the improvement.

• Negotiate/Convince JV companies and Support/Lead sales activity for business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimal Bachelor degree of any major

• Minimal 10 years experiences in property sector
  Preference : experience in landed project / experience as a Assistant Sales Manager or above / experience in working at/with foreign JV company / experience in working at Business Development Division / experience in working as a Property Consultant for Selling

• Having an extensive network with huge database of consumers, good communication and negotiation skills, dynamic, and target oriented.

• Passion to lead and a desire to succeed

• Ownership mentality, flexible and inquisitive

• Proficient in English, writing and communication.

• Microsoft Office skill

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and process-driven environment

• Willing to be placed at: Summitmas Tower II - Sudirman, South Jakarta
