What You'll Do
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
Welcome new clients and guide them through the enrollment process.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
Recommend personalized solutions based on each client's needs.
Answer client questions and provide exceptional ongoing support.
Build long-term client relationships through trust and professionalism.
Maintain accurate client records while following company and state compliance guidelines.
