About the Role

We are hiring a GTM Engineer to own our lead and account data pipeline end to end, keep our email sending infrastructure healthy, and build scalable GTM workflows. This person will ensure our CRM and outbound systems run on clean, enriched, deduped, and usable data, while building automations in n8n and Clay, and using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Cognism, Lemlist, NeverBounce, and Bright Data.

This role is a mix of data hygiene, GTM engineering, email deliverability and domain management, and scraping and enrichment operations.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM data hygiene and maintain high-quality contact and account data.
• Audit and optimise CRM properties, lifecycle stages, and deduplication processes.
• Build and maintain scalable enrichment workflows in Clay.
• Run enrichment waterfalls (email, phone, LinkedIn, firmographics).
• Manage scraping workflows using Bright Data and Apollo exports.
• Prepare outbound lists and ensure they are campaign-ready with low bounce rates.
• Reduce duplicate and stale records across CRM and data sources.
• Implement and manage email validation workflows.
• Maintain reporting on list health, data completeness, and coverage metrics.
• Document workflows and create repeatable, scalable processes.
• Run light scripts or technical executions where needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years in RevOps/Sales Ops/GTM Ops/Data Ops.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot CRM.
• Strong hands-on n8n.
• Strong hands-on Clay.
• Experience with data enrichment tools (Lusha, Apollo, etc.).
• Experience with Smartlead.
• Understanding of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up).
• Ability to troubleshoot automation workflows and light scripting.

• Bounce rate consistently under target (for example, under 2%)
• Domain and inbox health stable, with no deliverability incidents (blacklisting, spam flags)
• CRM data completeness improved (email, LinkedIn, and firmographics)
• Reduced duplicates and stale records
• Reliable, repeatable n8n and Clay workflows for list building, enrichment, and segmentation
• Faster turnaround time on outbound ready lists
