Requirement
Minimum bachelor's degree in psychology, law , Management, Industrial Engineering or relevant
Able to fluently communicate in English bot orally and written
Having 3+ years experinces as HRD Manager
Have been experienced in manufacturing firms is preferred
Having certificate in HR / IR / Legal scope is preferred
Being good at analytical of Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Reward & Punishment also are preferred
Willing to be placed in Morowali
