About the role

We are seeking a Strategy, Innovation & Execution Manager to join our team at PT PEFINDO Biro Kredit in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in driving business strategy, innovation, and execution across the organisation. As Strategy, Innovation & Execution Manager, you will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, identifying opportunities for business and process innovation, and ensuring effective execution of key strategic programs. This position is integral to supporting the company's growth objectives, strengthening organisational effectiveness, and ensuring that strategic initiatives are delivered with measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

Owns the product pipeline from ideation through delivery, runs the PMO that keeps all strategic initiatives on track, and leads corporate action workstreams.

Product & Innovation

• New product ideation & business case development

• Product launch milestone tracking and cross-functional coordination (IT, Data Science, Commercial, Finance, Legal)

• Technical feasibility liaison with IT/Data Science

• Presentation, pitch deck, and strategy deck creation

PMO & Delivery

• PMO across all SMO initiatives — RAID tracking, executive status reporting, meeting governance

• Process playbook creation and stakeholder management

• Product launch coordination and RKAT documentation support

Corporate Action

• Due diligence coordination, documentation preparation, and data room management

• Timeline management for corporate exercises (fundraising, M&A, regulatory-driven)

• Regulatory filing support (OJK, IDX)

Competitive Intelligence

• Monitor competitor product launches, pricing moves, and market share shifts

• Maintain competitor product matrix (features, pricing, coverage)

• Track industry M&A, fundraising, and LPIP competitor corporate actions

• Monthly competitive landscape briefing for SMO — flag threats to existing PBK accounts

• Benchmark PBK corporate readiness against peers

What we're looking for

1. Education: S1 from a reputable university — Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. MBA or S2 is a plus.

2. Experience: 5+ years in strategy, management consulting, product management, or corporate development. Financial services or credit bureau experience strongly preferred.

3. Technical: Proficient in financial modeling and business case development (Excel). Has the ability to innovate with AI/LLM. Comfortable with data analysis (SQL, Python, or BI tools a plus). Experience with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or traditional PMO).

4. Communication: Exceptional presentation and deck-building skills — can translate complex ideas into clear executive-ready narratives. Bahasa Indonesia and English fluency (written and spoken).

5. Mindset: Self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving cross-functional work across IT, Commercial, Finance, and Legal without formal authority.
