• Actuarial: Pricing, EEV IF

• Marketing: Graphic Designer, Marketing Communication

• Product Management: Product Design, Product Quotation

• Operation: UAT New Business Underwriting, System Tester (Quality Assurance)

• Health: Health Provider Management

• Agency: Data Analytics, Administration & Distribution, Recruitment (Data), Streategy

• Transformation & CEO Office: Strategy

• Digital & IT: Production Support Automation

What You'll Do

Depending on the team assignment, you may:

• Support business analysis, reporting, and operational activities

• Assist in market research and competitor analysis

• Contribute to product development and product management initiatives

• Support actuarial modeling, pricing analysis, and data validation

• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and performance reports

• Support data entry, data validation, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking and reporting.

• Participate in strategic projects and process improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization

Who We're Looking For

• Final-year undergraduate students or fresh graduates (graduated within the last 12 months)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship/apprenticeship program

• Willing to work in a hybrid setting (3 days in office and 2 days from home) in South Jakarta

• Passionate about building a career in Actuarial, Marketing, Product Management, Operation Governance & COO Office, Health, or Agency functions

• For candidates interested in Actuarial or Actuarial Pricing opportunities, passing one or more preliminary actuarial examinations (PAI and/or SOA) will be considered an advantage. Likewise, candidates pursuing opportunities in Operations Governance & COO Office functions will benefit from exposure to data management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance, testing activities, and project coordination
