Job Description

  • Melakukan instalasi, perawatan, dan perbaikan unit di lokasi pelanggan atau workshop.

  • Mendukung kegiatan pemasaran melalui pemasangan unit untuk pameran maupun display toko.

  • Memberikan edukasi produk kepada pelanggan selama kunjungan perbaikan.

  • Melakukan serah/terima sparepart saat akan melaksanakan kunjungan.

  • Memperbarui status permintaan servis (RON) dalam sistem (selesai, tertunda, batal).

  • Menyusun laporan rutin terkait aktivitas service


Job Requirements

  • Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK sederajat

  • Wajib memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) A atau C yang masih berlaku.

  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan mobile

  • Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai kelistrikan

  • Memiliki pengalaman dan pemahaman dalam maintenance Mesin Pendingin (Chiller/Refrigerator) dan Mesin pemanas (Kompor/Oven)
