Position Overview
We are looking for a Legal Supervisor to independently manage and oversee the company's legal matters. This is a sole-contributor role, where the successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal matters with minimal supervision and will serve as the primary legal point of contact for the company.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on legal professional who can independently identify legal risks, provide practical solutions, and coordinate with management, government authorities, external legal counsel, notaries, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable university.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate legal, commercial legal, or manufacturing/industrial companies.
Experience in the solar PV industry will be highly valued, particularly with EPC companies, solar project developers, or solar PV/cell/module manufacturers.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
