About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join PT. GOTION GREEN ENERGY SOLUTIONS INDONESIA. This is a full-time position based in Bogor, Jawa Barat, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to our growing technology infrastructure and support our commitment to sustainable energy solutions. As an IT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimising and developing our network and systems infrastructure, ensuring business continuity and supporting our strategic technological initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding and Recording in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Setting up accounts for new employee
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
preparing report IT activities (meeting, weekly jobdesk)
preparing hardware/software request from user.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network and systems administration
Strong knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure design and implementation
Proficiency in managing Windows and/or Linux operating systems
Experience with network management tools and monitoring software
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and security protocols
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Those who can speak fluent Chinese and English will be given priority.
