PT Newton is currently assisting our client, a construction company located in Cikarang, in hiring a BIM Model Drawing professional.
Job Description:
Develop and maintain BIM models and technical drawings for electrical and piping systems using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and BIM documentation based on engineering designs and project requirements.
Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure proper system integration.
Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with applicable Indonesian standards (SNI) and relevant international standards where required.
Maintain proper revision control and documentation of BIM models and technical drawings.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling, engineering drawing, or MEP/piping projects.
Proficient in: AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks.
Familiarity with Indonesian standards (SNI) and international standards such as ASHRAE is preferred.
Experience with clash detection and coordination between multiple engineering disciplines is preferred.
