Position: Recruitment Staff Mandarin Speaker
Job description :
Conduct workforce needs analysis, create job postings, CV screening, coordinate and conduct interviews, manage the onboarding process for new employees.
Requirement :
Fluent in Mandarin with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Staff and HSK Level 5 certification.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in digital recruitment technologies.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to cultural differences.
Willing to be placed in East Halmahera, North Maluku.
