Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the dental industry
Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (S1-Kedokteran Gigi)
Preferably not currently enrolled in or pursuing the Professional Dentist Program (Profesi Dokter Gigi)
Fluent in English
Work flexible hours if required by clinic operations.
Willing to work full-time in Smile Ready Bali Dental Aesthetic, Denpasar Barat, Bali
Job Description
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
Coordinate with the dental team (dentists, dental assistants, and front office staff) to deliver optimal patient care
Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, including hygiene, sterilization, and service standards
Handle patient concerns and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction, including international patients
Prepare regular operational reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for management
Assist in implementing and evaluating SOPs to improve service quality and operational performance
Coordinate with management on operational targets and clinic performance improvements
Support staff training and conduct performance evaluations
Willing to take ownership of tasks and drive improvements independently
