Job Description
Develop architectural design concepts, plans, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and office projects.
Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.
Prepare Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) based on project requirements.
Create 3D models, renderings, and other visual presentations to support design development and project execution.
Conduct site surveys and measurements to develop accurate architectural drawings and suitable design solutions.
Coordinate with the Director, clients, contractors, consultants, and other related parties to ensure the project is executed according to the approved design, specifications, and schedule.
Monitor project progress and conduct site visits to ensure construction implementation is consistent with the approved architectural drawings and design.
Revise and develop designs based on project requirements, site conditions, technical considerations, and client feedback.
Ensure architectural drawings and design documents are accurate, coordinated, and ready for construction.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architect / Architectural Designer, preferably with experience in residential, commercial, and office projects.
Proficient in architectural design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, and/or Lumion.
Good understanding of architectural design principles, building materials, construction methods, and technical drawings.
Able to prepare working drawings, shop drawings, BoQ, and RAB.
Able to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.
Good knowledge of building materials, architectural details, and construction processes.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
Willing to conduct site visits and coordinate directly with project teams and clients.
Portfolio showcasing previous architectural design and/or construction projects is required/preferred.
