About The Company:
The working venue is in Cikarang.
Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for HR Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage Industrial Relations, HR Legal, and employee disciplinary matters in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
Manage Compensation & Benefits, including payroll, BPJS, PPh 21, salary structure, and employee benefits
Manage and optimize HRIS and HR data, including employee records and HR analytics
Supervise, coach, and develop HR team members to ensure effective HR operations
Support management in HR policy development, workforce planning, and process improvement
Maintain good relationships with employees, labor unions, government authorities, and other stakeholders
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Management, HR Management, Psychology, or related field from a reputable university
High-conversational level of English
Minimum 4 years of HR experience with 1-2 years in Supervisory role with strong exposure to Industrial Relations, HR Legal, and Compensation & Benefits
Good knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws and the full HR cycle
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with HRIS and has HR BNSP certifcate is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Adaptive and able to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at various organizational levels
