ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE
Giselle Bali is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Engineering Maintenance to support the smooth operation of our restaurant facilities. This role is ideal for experienced maintenance technicians looking for additional weekend work opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of restaurant facilities and equipment
Ensure electrical, plumbing, lighting, air conditioning, and mechanical systems operate properly
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
Monitor the condition of facilities and report any potential issues
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Support restaurant operations with technical assistance when required
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Building Maintenance, or a similar role
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), and mechanical systems
Able to identify and solve technical issues independently
Responsible, disciplined, and proactive
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and able to perform maintenance tasks
Available to work every Friday and Saturday
