Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Bekasi. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring for material supply and production-related initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily tasks include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resources, tracking project milestones, and addressing risks or delays. The role involves close collaboration with logistics, procurement, and inspection teams to align schedules, verify quality standards, and maintain accurate documentation. The Project Manager will also communicate project status to stakeholders, implement process improvements, and support compliance with company policies and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience overseeing multiple projects and coordinating stakeholders.

• Experience as an Expeditor and in Logistics Management, ensuring timely delivery of materials and efficient coordination of supply chain activities.

• Inspection and quality control skills, with the ability to verify materials, documentation, and compliance with technical and safety standards.

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, chemistry, or a related field.

• Proven ability to use project management tools, spreadsheets, and documentation systems effectively.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities, with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams.

• Experience in chemical, materials, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.

• Candidates with experience in chemicals and materials, particularly fatty acids, will be strongly considered.

• A minimum of seven years of experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably involving fatty acids or related materials, is required.
