Planogram Development: Design and implement data-driven planograms to maximize shelf space, improve product visibility, and drive impulse buys across multi-outlet retail and cafe spaces.
Cross-Channel Merchandising: Adapt visual standards seamlessly between FMCG retail shelves, modern trade outlets, and in-cafe counter displays to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Product Life-Cycle Optimization: Manage the strategic layout of new product launches (NPDs), seasonal F&B menus, and promotional items to accelerate stock turnover and reduce waste.
POSM & Campaign Execution: Coordinate the design, production, and deployment of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), window displays, and end-caps aligned with active marketing campaigns.
Sales & Inventory Analysis: Analyze weekly sales data, foot traffic patterns, and slow-moving SKUs to adjust visual layouts, directly supporting revenue targets and inventory health.
Brand Guideline Compliance: Establish and enforce strict visual merchandising SOPs across all locations to maintain premium brand identity, cleanliness, and food-safe display standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Product Development teams to translate market research and consumer insights into high-impact display strategies.
Competitor & Market Research: Conduct regular field audits and market research to monitor competitor merchandising tactics, industry trends, and changing consumer behaviors.
Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with external print and fixture vendors, overseeing production quality and timeline delivery while respecting strict cost-efficiency targets.
Field Team Training: Train and mentor store managers, cafe baristas, and field sales representatives on daily merchandising upkeep, display restocking, and visual excellence.
