We are a new and passionate cafe opening soon in Jakarta. We focus on quality coffee, good memorable moments, and creating a warm space for our community. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can build the team and culture from day one.
Job Description
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the cafe. You will lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, manage costs, and help grow sales from opening day.
Store Manager Qualifications
1. Education: Min. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field. Preferred: Hospitality, Management, or F&B
2. Experience: Min. 2-3 years as Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Store Manager in F&B, cafe, restaurant, or retail
3. Age: 23 - 40 years old
4. Appearance: Neat, presentable, and passionate about F&B
5. Skills: Leadership, Cafe Operations, Financial Management, Customer Service, Inventory, and Marketing
6. Willingness: Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
7. Personality: Honest, disciplined, responsible, and target-oriented
